Figure 1- 6th September Treviso Consortium Meeting On Monday 6th September, Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th September 2021, ISRAA hosted the 6th ValueCare project consortium meeting at FABER's villa in Treviso.

After almost 2 years of online activities, this was the first in-person meeting. The three days were valuable and formative as they allowed the partners to discuss several crucial issues for the successful continuation of the project.

The meeting, which was coordinated by Hein Raat from the Erasmus Medical Center (EMC) in Rotterdam, coordinator of the project, and Oscar Zanutto from ISRAA, took place in hybrid mode: 25 people were present in FABER room, in accordance with COVID rules, and the same number were connected online via the Zoom platform. In fact, due to the pandemic situation, some organisations were unable to travel.

The three days were organised as follows: on the first two days, all the work packages (WP) of the project were presented and discussed through presentations.

In particular, the focus was on the second round of co-design activities, as foreseen in WP2, which will take place in September 2021.

For example, in Treviso AULSS2 and ISRAA have already carried out the activities with professionals and in the next weeks they will start the activities with older people and informal caregivers. As established during the meeting, the co-design will end with the presentation of the report in October 2021.

Another topic discussed was the technological solution that will be crucial for the development of the project, especially in view of the implementation itself, which will start in November 2021.

The third day, Wednesday 8th September, was led by MEDRI team, and the focus was on the state of the art of the 7 pilot sites: Athens, Coimbra, Cork/Kerry, Rijeka, Rotterdam, Treviso and Valencia.

The next months will be crucial and challenging for the whole consortium, in fact at the end of September the first Review Meeting with the Policy officers is scheduled. In October, Train the trainers will be organised: during this training, different modules will be developed on value-based concepts and other ValueCare topics. Those trained will become trainers for the practitioners who will be involved in the implementation activities.

In conclusion, ISRAA would like to thank all the organisations present at the meeting: AFIC, AGE, AMC, AULSS2, CDC, ECHA, EMC, FBK, IFIC, ISRAA, LAS NAVES, KVC, MEDRI, UCD, UVEG, VI and VIDAVO.

It was an honour and a pleasure to host the 6th consortium meeting in Treviso!
