SUPER

The project SUPER (Supporting professionals working with and people living with Parkinson's disease through an integrated care approach: a digital training programme) is led by the University of Valencia (UVEG) and aims to create a training platform on integrated care for training on the specific needs and perceived knowledge gaps of social and health professionals working with Parkinson's patients.

The training course will be developed based on the needs of professionals. It will include comprehensive training content, mainly delivered through videos, case studies, exercises and/or reading material. The course will provide basic knowledge on Parkinson's disease, the transformation towards integrated care and the skills of professionals.
 

The partnership is composed of 5 members from 4 European countries: Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and France. The University of Valencia (UVEG), the Istituto per Servizi di Ricovero e Assistenza agli Anziani (ISRAA), Asociacion Parkinson Madrid (APM), Stichting International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC) and Interactive 4D (I4D).
The project will last 24 months.
